About Us
We’re a San Diego based family business that started with a love of ‘brine-y’ foods and a desire to do things differently. We noticed that on the West Coast it was hard to find a true pickle – one made without vinegar or additives – and it was impossible to find pickles that reflected the unique flavors around us.
We decided to be the pickle we wish to see in this world.
Our pickles are microbiome-friendly, probiotic and super flavorful. We pair farm fresh produce with unique flavor combos and naturally ferment them to create craveable foods you can feel good about.
